Day 1: Upon arrival at Delhi, transfer to hotel. Check-in at Suryaa Hotel.
Day 2: After breakfast, sight-see Old Delhi and Red Fort. Discover Chadni Chowk on a bicycle rickshaw. Also on the itinerary for the day are visits to the Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial), 17th century Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, Rajpath (the ceremonial boulevard where the annual Republic Day Parade takes place on Jan 26), India Gate (site of the Indian Army’s tomb of the Unknown Soldier) , Parliament House & the Presidential residence.
Day 3: After breakfast, head to Jaipur – the “Pink City” & capital of Rajasthan. Check-in at Four Points by Sheraton.
Day 4: After breakfast, head to the Amber Fort, overlooking the Maota lake, via a majestic 20-minute elephant ride. This is followed by a visit to the City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar (observatory of architectural astronomical instruments built in the early 18th century) and the famed Hawa Mahal (‘palace of the breeze’). Later, take a walk through the colorful bazaars (markets) of Jaipur.
Day 5: After breakfast, drive to Agra passing through Fatehpur Sikri – the imperial palace complex, founded by Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century, entirely built of red sandstone. Check-in at Wyndham Grand.
Day 6: After breakfast, feast your eyes with the sights of the Taj Mahal, being driven on a short horse-carriage ride till it’s gates. The Taj is the culmination of the work of more than 20,000 craftsmen fulfilling the wish of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan to build the marble mausoleum in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz. And then to the Agra Fort. Drive to Delhi airport for home-bound flight or plan an extra night in Delhi.

To complete booking, a non-refundable deposit of $330 needs to be made. Full payment to be made 60 days prior to departure. Applications for bookings made 14 days or less prior to the departure from Australia will be subject to a late booking fee of $50 per application.
