At a Sydney press conference yesterday afternoon, Sean Simmons Travel had the pleasure of joining our preferred travel technology provider Amadeus to announce the exclusive partnership with Dolphin Dynamics – an innovative mid-office solution out of the UK.
Why were we there? Well for the past six months, SST has been the national test agent for the product, working closely with both Dolphin in the UK and Amadeus locally to fine tune the product to our customers needs.
As a business, we have always been committed to providing our customers with SMART, innovative technology to help streamline their booking processes, but it can often be challenging for an SME to maintain the competitive edge as both the market and demands of our corporate clientele continuously evolve.
The strength of the Dolphin platform is in its agility to grow alongside our business – providing my managers, consultants and accounts department with a variety of easily adaptable reports and operational data, that has helped improve staff efficiency, across the board. The system is a lot more proactive in its data capture, which has helped improve the accuracy and integrity of our transaction process
