Day 1: Upon arrival in Beijing, transfer to Beijing International Hotel.
Day 2: Start your day at the Tian’anmen Square, the largest public square in the world. Then to the Palace Museum, known as the Forbidden City (the imperial residence in the Ming & Qing Dynasties). Explore Beijing’s historic Hutong by old fashioned pedi-cab with a visit to the traditional courtyard style houses.
Day 3: Climb the Great Wall of China, one of the seven wonders in the world. Take an afternoon stroll along the Sacred Way of the Ming Tombs with more than 20 life-size animal stone statues. Then a photo stop will be made at 2008 Beijing Olympic Village. Watch the enthralling Kongfu Legend Show the same night.
Day 4: Visit the iconic Temple of Heaven, a unique architecture masterpiece from the 15th Century. Watch local people play Tai Chi and enjoy an introductory Tai Chi class by a Tai Chi Master. Wander through the Summer Palace in the afternoon. And tuck-in a Beijing Peking duck dinner.
Day 5: Fly to Xian, a historic ancient capital. After arrival, head to the Provincial Museum followed by a visit to the Big Goose Pagoda. Check-in at the Jianguo Hotel.
Day 6: Marvel at the extraordinary Terracotta Warriors & Horses, buried with the Chinese first emperor for more than 2,000 years. Enjoy the traditional Tang Dynasty dinner & show the same night.
Day 7: Fly back to Shanghai. Upon arrival, transfer to Shanghai Ocean Hotel.
Day 8: Take a relaxing walk on the Bund, dotted with Art-Deco buildings. Explore the classic Yu Garden and the bustling old town, the Shanghai Museum and take a stroll through the Tianzifang Artist Area with the old Sikumen houses. Enjoy the fantastic Shanghai Acrobatic Show.
Day 9: Drive to Suzhou, known as the Oriental Venice, visit the garden of Master’s Net and the Lingering Garden, the Grand Canal and then a silk spinning factory where you have an opportunity to buy Chinese silk. Return to Shanghai.
Day 10: Free at leisure to explore on your own pace or purchase optional tours.
Day 11: After breakfast, transfer to the airport.

Applications for bookings made 14 days or less prior to the departure from Australia will be subject to a late booking fee of $50 per application.
